About the Job

The Office Coordinator's Responsibilities Are:

• Supervises staff and ensures that the office administrative fuctions are effectively carried out
• Orientations new employees to program and helps them get set up with appropriate access
• Advises staff on personnel polocies, payroll, travel expense, check request, purchasing, record keeping, training, etc.
• Monitors physical site need in relation to maintenance, information technology and supplies
• Prepares correspondance, reports, forms, work orders, and specialized documents
• Collaborates with other departments as required to meet facility requirements for licensing bodies, occupancy certificates, etc.
• Oversees medical records fuction for program and manages all mail and other patient related correspondance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field is preferred
• Experience with Excel, Word, and electronic health records preferred

Full time 40 hours - Days
