About the Job

Winchester Hospital, member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is excited to announce our new fall 2022 New Graduate/Novice Nursing Program.  Our Magnet designated 229 bed hospital has limited opportunities for graduate/novice nurses that are interested in exploring and extending their knowledge of the medical surgical environment.  Learn under advanced educators that will enhance your critical care thinking, strengthen communication channels for collaboration with physicians and staff and expand your nursing knowledge and patient interaction.  We want to empower the future nurses in our community and we have the tools and resources for you to succeed.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Associates/Bachelor's degree in Nursing or senior nursing students in their last semester at a Board-approved program
• Completion of all clinical rotations and eligible to sit for the RN registration exam
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross – Basic Life Support Certificate
• Be able to work day/evening/night rotations including weekends and holidays

*Preference given to those with PCA/Nursing Assistant experience.
