About the Job
Under the supervision of the Practice/Site manager/Coordinator and following established procedures, performs a variety of duties including assisting patients as they arrive for their scheduled visits and escorting them into the practice from their cars, performing various clerical support duties such as mail, answering phones, making patient phone calls to confirm visits.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:

6.Demonstrates an understanding of the job description, performance expectations, and competency assessment.
7.Demonstrates a commitment toward meeting and exceeding the needs of our customers and consistently adheres to Customer Service standards.
8.Participates in departmental and/or interdepartmental quality improvement activities.
9.Participates in and successfully completes Mandatory Education.
10.Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Licensure, Certification, Registration: None required
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Must be able to read, write and comprehend English and perform alpha-numeric sorting. In the absence of any of these skills, demonstrates the ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards.
Experience: 6 months of experience in a customer service driven industry. Healthcare preferred.
