About the Job
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Practice/Site manager/Coordinator and following established procedures, performs a variety of duties including assisting patients as they arrive for their scheduled visits and escorting them into the practice from their cars, performing various clerical support duties such as mail, answering phones, making patient phone calls to confirm visits.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Must be able to read, write and comprehend English and perform alpha-numeric sorting. In the absence of any of these skills, demonstrates the ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards.
Experience: 6 months of experience in a customer service driven industry. Healthcare preferred.
