About the Job
Position Summary:
To provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Medical Director of the LMH-ACO. This position requires the ability to communicate and work effectively as a liaison to the LCPN Team, including department directors, LMH-ACO Physicians, and Senior Management. Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and events coordination. Must be proactive and possess organizational and project management skills; along with excellent written, verbal and proofreading capability. This position must be able to work under pressure, meeting short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced, healthcare environment. Liaise with leaders, vendors, and consultants during project execution to ensure timeline management and compliance. Proven strength and commitment to success as an individual contributor as well as within cross-functional teams. Organizational Requirements:
