About the Job
Responsible for data entry into all Provider & Referral databases, and any other databases that may be assigned by Provider Relations Manager. Runs reports from databases as needed. Assists with initial NECoMG credentialing, and also assists the PHO Provider Offices with processing changes/terms through health plans. Maintains provider rosters and directories. Processes approved referrals, as needed, by entering information into health plan referral systems. Supports Provider Relations Manager in communication with PHO physician office staff via the phone, e-mail and meetings.

High School diploma, further education and/or training desirable. Experience with provider credentialing and/or payor enrollment highly desirable. Must be able to type minimum 55 wpm; computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Database desired; attention to detail is essential; good organization and communication skills required.
