Working in Patient Access means you will be making a difference in the lives of others. The Patient Access Specialist plays a critical role at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center as the first point of contact with our patients. Extensive training including Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) provided.  Our team works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, helping our patients navigate their health care journey.

Current Schedules and Locations available:

We offer a competitive salary and full and part-time benefits that start on day 1, including on-the-job training, part-time benefits eligibility, an on-campus cafeteria, and free parking.

Some of the departments that you could support include: Emergency department, call center, registration, primary care, urgent care, radiology, medicine and surgical specialty clinics, or the lab. Positions are available in Burlington, Lexington and Peabody.

Available shifts include: 

  • First (7a-3:30p, 8:30a-5p, 9:30a-6p, 11a-7:30p)
  • Second (3-11:30p)
  • Third (11p-7a)
  • Rotating weekend day/night shifts
