About the Job

Position Summary:  

Organizes and scans assigned health information documents into the electronic document management system.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent. 

Licensure, Certification, Registration:    None Required

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:   Ability to effectively orgainze and prioritize administrative duties. Ability to access and process electronic information utilizing computer technology.

Experience:   Minimum 6 months of prior clerical processing experience. Medical office experience preferred. Epic experience preferred.

Shift

Person will need to provide coverage in the Lexington and Peabody office when needed (Plenty of notice will be given to prepare for commute)

Hours are 8:30-5:00

This position is in office not remote
