About the Job
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading, developing and coordinating the operation of Pharmacy Services. The Director of Pharmacy Services shall develop services that provide and enhance quality patient care while promoting fiscal responsibility in the utilization of resources. Within the scope of budget responsibilities, the Director of Pharmacy Services shall direct the activities that provide for the purchasing, receiving, storage, delivery and distribution of medications from the pharmacy. The incumbent will be responsible for the regulatory compliance and optimization of the 340B program. The Director of Pharmacy Services shall plan, direct, monitor and evaluate the provision of distributive and clinical pharmacy services to all patient care areas. Responsible for multiple campuses including Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert Hospital, and Lahey Outpatient Center in Danvers

Qualifications
Requires current pharmacy licensure in the State of Massachusetts, a degree in Pharmacy (advanced degree preferred) from an accredited College of Pharmacy, and a minimum of five years pharmacy management experience. Must possess good organizational and computer skills. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with all levels of staff, Physicians and other contactsCertification/License: 1.
