About the Job
The Customer Service Representative, under the direction of the Lab Outreach Manager, performs functions which include: answering telephones, provide results via telephone, fax and mail, assists patients and clients with questions and/or complaints, resolves internal laboratory specimen problems, acts as a liaison between customers and the laboratory to promote increased customer satisfaction with laboratory services by both successfully answering inquiries/resolving problems and by presenting a positive professional image.
40 hours per week, days.

Previous Customer Service experience preferred
