Our team provides high-quality home care and hospice services by partnering with physicians, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to provide specialized care to patients in the comfort of their own home. Our team of nurses, therapists (physical, occupational, and speech), medical social workers, and home health aides work together to devise and implement a compassionate care plan that is expressly tailored for each patient.

About the Job

This position is eligible for a sign bonus of $7,500.00 (terms and exclusions apply)

The Hospice Clinical Manager is responsible for the development of an interdisciplinary approach to the supportive care of patients at home. The Hospice Clincial Manager is responsible for palliative and hospice program operations for both the in-home program and the Hospice House residence.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Registered Nurse from a Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited school of nursing
  • BSN, strongly preferred

Licensure, Certification & Registration:

  • Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Maintains a current American  Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification


  • 3 to 5 years of oncology or community health experience
  • 1-2  years’ experience managing a team of clinicians in a home health setting
  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations in hospice / homecare
  • Understanding of documentation requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to facilitate cooperation and communication among team members
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn programs
  • Proven ability to interact in a positive and courteous manner with patients, families, employees, vendors, volunteers and the community members.
  • Detail orientated and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
