About the Job

The Emergency Services Program (ESP) is a 24/7 mobile crisis team that provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals of all ages. The ESP serves individuals in a variety of settings including homes, outpatient clinics and hospital emergency rooms.

The Administrative Assistant position is a unique opportunity for a team-oriented individual who wants to make a difference in the behavioral health field by ensuring seamless access to emergency psychiatric services.

The Administrative Assistant’s Responsibilities Are:

  • Maintains an efficient tracking system of required information for various process/procedures for program.
  • Generates appropriate reporting and maintains an effective filing system.
  • Coordinates communication within the site to ensure staff receives all pertinent information.
  • Prepares batch sheets for bi-weekly payroll.
  • Facilitates invoice process with Program Director and Accounts Payable.
  • Monitors fax machine periodically to retrieve faxes.
  • Assists managers and supervisors with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and electronic health records preferred.

Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours per week, (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00p)
