About the Job

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN, with a background in ambulatory nursing practice. BSN and national certification preferred for any applicant. Must have exemplary communication and organization skills to lead a small team in the provision of care and collaboration with various medical and surgical provider specialists ranging from urology to cardiology to surgery and endocrinology for ambulatory office practice including minor procedures, patient education and injectable med administration. An RN Team Leader is a staff level leadership role, working closely with the nurse manager and admin director for day to day oversight and practice in the ambulatory specialty clinic suite.

Scheduled Hours

24 hours per week, day shift.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Previous experience and BSN preferred. Current Massachusetts RN licensure and BCLS and ACLS required.
