About the Job
The Construction Project Manager (CPM) reports directly to the Director of Support Services, and is responsible for managing selected construction and improvement projects for Northeast Hospital Corporation ( NHC), as assigned. The position requires creative, problem solving skills, to direct and oversee project planning, programming, design and construction, start-up, commissioning, and occupancy. Projects will be located on the main hospital campus, as well as in other off-site locations.
40 hours per week, day shift.

This position requires a Bachelor Degree, or equivalent education, or several years of practical experience in an appropriate technically related field. The CPM must utilize leadership skills to manage project teams including users, designers, vendors and contractors in order to reach milestone goals and successful project outcomes. Position requires minimum of 5-7 years direct construction/project management experience, in Healthcare preferable. The manager must be aware of, and possess, an understanding of the various technical and safety organizations that govern work in a healthcare setting including NFPA LSC 101 ,Healthcare Facility Code, MA DPH, and FGI Guidelines. The CPM must also be able to exhibit knowledge and ability to work with PCRA, ICRA and ILSM tools.
HCFM, PMP, FMP, Mass Construction Supervisor License, PE or AIA registration are preferred.
