About the Job
Reporting to our Associate Chief Nursing Officer, as the Nurse Manager of Obstetrics Delivery (Labor & Delivery), you will lead our team that specializes in over 2500+ deliveries a year while providing personalized care and safety for both mothers and newborns. You will be responsible for the department’s staff management, operations, budget and quality & safety. You will empower your team members to collaborate with physicians and staff to continue the valued reputation and elite patient care that Winchester Hospital cherishes within the community.
