About the Job
The Site Manager works in collaboration with the department Director to coordinate and manage all therapies practicing within the center, host hospital and/or joint venture. The site manager is responsible for fostering patient-focused care and the provision of outstanding customer service by all staff. He/she is responsible for overall operational management of the site including, but not limited to hiring, orientation and ongoing performance evaluations of clinical/support staff, oversight of daily operations, and physician outreach. The site manager acts as a mentor by actively supervising and coaching staff towards clinical and customer service excellence. As part of the rehabilitation management team, managers are integral in achieving the strategic plans of the department. He/she is responsible for maintaining 40% clinical practice in their professional disclipline.
40 hour exempt position

College graduate with a minimum of a BS in a rehabilitation field (MS preferred) with 3-5 years of clinical experience.
