About the Job

As an RN in the Float Pool at Beverly Hospital, you will float to areas where extra coverage is needed. All med/surg units, ED, CCU and CDU!  

As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
  • Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Scheduled Hours

36 hours per week, non-variable, night shift.  Every 4th weekend and rotating holiday schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • ACLS preferred
  • Candidates must have 2-3 years of acute Med/Surg experience or at least 1+ years of critical care experience.
