Our team provides high-quality home care and hospice services by partnering with physicians, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to provide specialized care to patients in the comfort of their own home. Our team of nurses, therapists (physical, occupational, and speech), medical social workers, and home health aides work together to devise and implement a compassionate care plan that is expressly tailored for each patient.

About the Job

The Clinical Scheduling Specialist coordinates schedules between employees and patients. Works with the clinical team to ensure patients are scheduled based on need and physician ordered frequency. Reviews staff schedules on a daily basis and notifies the clinical manager of scheduling volume concerns. Provides administrative support functions as needed by the clinical teams.

FRI 4p-8p; SAT/SUN 8a-830 p -This position is in the office

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• High school graduate or GED.

Experience:

• Experience in the medical field and/or office administration preferred.
• At least one year of scheduling experience preferably in a Home Health Care setting.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills including telephone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask; Ability to accept direction and supervision.
• Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Clerical skills including typing, filing, scanning, copying and faxing.
• Possesses a high regard for and attention to detail and organization.
• Must be a Team Player.
• Is dependable, punctual and has a positive work attitude.
