About the Job
The Emergency Services Program (ESP) is a 24/7 mobile crisis team that provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments and crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals of all ages. The ESP serves individuals in a variety of settings including homes, outpatient clinics and hospital emergency rooms. The Front Desk Representative position is a unique opportunity for a customer service focused individual who wants to make a difference in the behavioral health field by ensuring seamless access to services and acting as the first impression of the organization.
