About the Job
You will be part of a strategic intitative related to special projects that will ultimately solve huge staffing related issues. You will serve as a "special ops" recruiting business partner responsible for partnering with the leadership team on workforce planning to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies. This will be accomplished by utilizing a multitude of sourcing tools with a strong emphasis on social media and system analytics to achieve staffing goals in a highly competitive market. This is a highly visiable role that is NOT your typical contract recruitment role. This would be an ideal role for someone in a staffing agency that is looking to tranisition into a corporate recruiting position. While the location says Burlington, we are open to remote work and/or a hybrid model of on site in one of our community based settings (Beverly, Winchester, Burlington, Gloucester, and Newburyport)
Build and manage consulting relationships with candidates, leaders and recruitment teams across the system.
Determines best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, job boards and recruitment partnerships.
Creates robust search strategies to identify and attract talent through the use of recruiting tools including social media sites, job boards, professional organizations, special sites to build pipelines of talent.
Accountable for assigned employment initiatives, project leadership and accountability.
Develops and implements recruitment plans for assigned department and/or key jobs that identify sourcing activities, project recruitment costs and takes into consideration other issues that impact ability to recruit and retain qualified staff, including but not limited to, compensation and other labor market issues.
Prepares applicants for interviewing with specific hiring managers by providing detailed information regarding the job via job descriptions, department structure and the role within the organization.
Manages full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Participates in post interview debrief/feedback with interview teams to ensure selection of the best candidate.
Consults with management on hiring, promotion and transfer decisions including making recommendations, candidate selection and job offer terms. Determines and recommends new hire or transfer rates of pay considering internal equity, labor market issues, implications for other departments and health system compensation practices. Extends job offers to final candidates.
Tracks and reports metrics to evaluate overall effectiveness of company’s recruiting process, tools and systems. Identifies qualitative information and client feedback to project vacancies in assigned departments and/or key jobs for each fiscal year. Produces and delivers recruitment metrics for assigned client group on a regular basis.
Requires a minimum of 3 - 5 years recruitment experience - prior agency recruiters preferred
Prior healthcare preferrd but not required
Experience with full scope staffing including knowledge of sourcing efficiencies, candidate assessment techniques and job offer negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge and application for Federal and State employment laws, regulations and legislation.
Experience utilizing structured candidate assessment methodologies (i.e. - behavioral based interviewing) for candidate selection.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, establish services level agreements to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Effective presentation skills.
Intermediate to advanced level computer skills including Microsoft office products and applicant tracking systems preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing, listening, fact finding, and problem solving skills.
Exemplary organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and follow through on requests.
Ability to analyze using qualitative and quantitative information for decision support.
Ability to influence hiring management to move quickly in selection and offer stages to optimize the opportunity to hire top candidates.
Ability to counsel/advise management on experience and knowledge of business to solve challenging recruitment needs.
