Our team of nurses, therapists (physical, occupational, and speech), medical social workers, and home health aides work together to devise and implement a compassionate care plan that is expressly tailored for each patient.

About the Job

The Medical Records Tracking Coordinator maintains all functions of BILAH’s medical record tracking system to ensure that all documents required for the Home Health and Hospice medical records are complete and compliant with HIPAA regulations. The coordinator will work with multiple teams to manage the process of tracking and completing the necessary paperwork needed as well as communicating the deficiencies to the appropriate people. 

Full time - 40 hours a week day position

Education, Experience and Skills, Knowledge & Abilities::

  • High School diploma or equivalant and experience in a medical setting
  • Home Care experience a plus
  • Should have excellent Computer skills including Epic experience a plus
  • Must have strong attention to detail and strong problem solving with the ability to make timely decisions
  • Ability to multitask and be a team player
