About the Job
The Medical Records Tracking Coordinator maintains all functions of BILAH’s medical record tracking system to ensure that all documents required for the Home Health and Hospice medical records are complete and compliant with HIPAA regulations. The coordinator will work with multiple teams to manage the process of tracking and completing the necessary paperwork needed as well as communicating the deficiencies to the appropriate people.
Full time - 40 hours a week day position
