About the Job
Seeking an experienced oncology RN to work with the medical oncology practice at BH. The position is as a practice nurse – working collaboratively with a busy adult hematology-oncology MD group and navigating patients through their oncology journey. Active participation in patient consultation, minor office procedures and patient education; attend weekly tumor board conferences, cancer committee membership and other department level committees. Phone triage, prior authorization and coordination of patient appointments from office to infusion to home care. Oversee other members of the team in daily practice activities. Requires excellent communication skills and clinical expertise.
20 hours per week, non-variable, day shift.

Position requires a current oncology certification (OCN) or an ONS Chemobiotherapy provider card and at least 6 months of MS nursing experience . Current Massachusetts RN license required. BLS required.
