We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor within our Addictions Division.  Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical oversight to ensure quality client care and an evidence-based approach to addiction treatment.  As Clinical Supervisor, you will provide direct care to clients as well as supervision of staff who are responsible for assessment, case management, referrals, consultation and crisis intervention.

The ideal candidate possesses leadership and problem solving skills and is motivated to help clients meet their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly supervision, and crisis consultation as needed, to recovery specialists, counselors, care coordinator including monitoring case load and assigning new clients as appropriate. Assure development of crisis response plan for clients as needed.
• Provides regularly scheduled supervision to program clinical staff, reviewing group dynamics and developing strategies to maximize client continuation and compliance. Develops in-service training for clinicians.
• Reviews all clinical documentation on a quarterly basis to assure full compliance with Federal, State, and Program regulations and stipulations as well as private payors and CARF.
• In collaboration with the Program Director, conducts ongoing review of the clinical program design and implements recommendations for improvement.
• Work with clients whose complexity requires increased administrative/clinical intervention and assessment of a Master’s level clinician.
• Develops new groups for special populations, such as HIV/AIDS and domestic violence.
• Participates in the hiring and evaluation and scheduling of staff as assigned.
• Attends and participates in Program Managers meetings, Treatment Continuum Meetings and Program Team meetings as required.
• Performs direct service as directed. 

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, rehabilitative counseling or a closely related field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor, preferred.
• Two years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience and at least one year of clinical experience in a supervisory role.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours
