BILH Behavioral Services is seeking a MCI Coordinator to join our Salem Emergency Services team! 

The MCI Coordinator is a licensed Clinician who will lead a team of Crisis Clinicians and oversee the administration of the Mobile Crisis Program. The ideal candidate is dynamic, compassionate and a team player who is motivated to help youth and families meet their goals and improve their lives.

Emergency Services is a 24/7 mobile crisis team that offers emergency psychiatric assessments to determine what service could benefit the person served, as well as intervention and stabilization services.

Responsibilities are:

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to Clinicians, Family Partners, Peer Specialists and Interns. Continuously assesses learning needs of supervisees; develops and implements learning objectives and supervision plan; completes performance reviews as required.
• Acts as first line consultant to clinicians for dispositions, especially for complex cases.
• Works collaboratively with youth & families, hospitals, courts, and insurance companies.
• Ensures smooth access to MassHealth behavioral health services in the area by maintaining regular communication and interagency relationships.

• In collaboration with the Program Director, conducts ongoing review of the clinical program design, suggests and implements recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in related field is required
• Licensed at the Independent level required, LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of MA

• 2 years of supervisory experience highly preferred

Schedule:

• Full time , 40 hours per week
