About the Job
Position Summary:
Beverly Hospital, located in Beverly Massachusetts is part of the Lahey Health System. Beverly Hospital is a community hospital and consists of 10 operating rooms at the main campus and 4 operating rooms at the Lahey Outpatient Surgery Center located in Danvers, MA. We provide a wide range of specialties including; orthopedics, GYN, general, vascular, thoracic, spine, pediatrics, cysto, and ENT. The Coordinator of Administrative Billing assumes responsibility for the surgical billing/charging of patient profiles. Additionally, this role assists, coordinates, and maintains all administrative functions necessary to ensure efficiency of all administrative duties of the Department.

Qualifications
Education: High School Degree
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Knowledge of perioperative services, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with various colleagues throughout the institution, ability to work collaboratively and calmly in difficult situations. Computer skills necessary. Must possess the ability to learn applications and reporting software. Knowledge of healthcare billing practices.
