About the Job

The Administrative Assistant for Quality, Compliance & Education is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Director of Quality and Compliance, Director of Education, and the Quality and Compliance Managers. Administrative duties include retrieving/generating reports including creating spreadsheets, graphs and PowerPoint presentations. Maintains performance and adverse event data tracking tools. Prepares supplies and materials for each orientation cycle, sets up and maintains education files. Updates and maintains regulatory forms, operational manuals and patient education materials in each office. Tracks and follows up with employee flu vaccine reporting and staff education requirements. Organizes committee meetings and documents follow-up activities. Processes confidential transactions and prepares reports.

Full time - 40 hour day position

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Associate’s degree or High School Graduate with additional training and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Experience in health care desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
