About the Job
Under the general direction of the Director for NPQE:
• Provides comprehensive administrative and office management for the NPQE staff and the Director of Nursing Practice, Quality & Education (NPQE).
• Coordinates NPQE educational programs in collaboration with Clinical Education staff. Ensures communication and proper documentation of programs, maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Manages departmental programs, such as HealthStream Learning System, Centralized Clinical Placement in collaboration with Clinical Education staff.
• Supports Department Director by tracking the departmental expenses and overseeing proper payroll practices
40 hours per week, day shift.

Bachelors Degree Preferred, Prior experience in Education/Training preferred. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and other general computer applications, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple task required, knowledge of office and audiovisual equipment required. Must have proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
