About the Job
The Community Service Agency (CSA) uses a wraparound model to support youth (ages 3-20) and their families to be successful in the home or community setting. CSA uses a family-centered approach and our services are culturally sensitive. ICCs collaborate with various community systems including: schools, Primary Care Providers, Department of Children and Families, courts, and other mental health agencies.
Additional opportunities for ICCs include: training in trauma informed care models, training and utilization of the evidence based Wraparound model, potential quarterly bonuses and productivity incentives and participation in on-call phone support for a monetary stipend.
