About the Job
The weekend incentive program has been initiated by the Hospital to support weekend staffing, we have created a program which will provide a stipend to colleagues in the program positions for each weekend worked, in addition to hourly rate for all hours worked and applicable overtime or differentials.
In this role, you will assume responsibility to lead our team in providing quality patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge and you will be responsible to direct, assign and supervise ancillary staff team members in providing the appropriate level of care in the most efficient manner. You will also act as a role model to staff members.
As an RN on the Float Pool at Beverly Hospital and Addison Gilbert Hospital, you will float to areas where extra coverage is needed. All med/surg units, ED, MDC/CDU, and ICU!
24 hours, Sat/Sun, 7a-7:30p, Weekends Only

Qualified candidates will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
BSN preferred, BCLS, PALS & ACLS required.
Candidates must have 2-3 years of acute Med/Surg - Telemetry experience or at least 1+ years of critical care experience.
