About the Job
GENERAL SUMMARY: Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by performing the dual role of Patient Experience data reporting support and high level administrative support to the Director, Guest Services. This split role is expected to spend the larger portion of time on Patient Experience data reporting by coordinating all patient experience and survey data for all inpatient and outpatient areas of Winchester Hospital, WPA and PHO for the Director, Guest Services.
Required: High School Diploma and advanced experience with data reporting tools
A bachelor’s degree in a directly relevant field may be considered in lieu of secretarial experience
Required: A minimum of 6 years of previous work experience that would include at least one year of data reporting experience.
