About the Job

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by performing the dual role of Patient Experience data reporting support and high level administrative support to the Director, Guest Services.  This split role is expected to spend the larger portion of time on Patient Experience data reporting by coordinating all patient experience and survey data for all inpatient and outpatient areas of Winchester Hospital, WPA and PHO  for the Director, Guest Services.

 

F. QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

Required:  High School Diploma and advanced experience with data reporting tools

A bachelor’s degree in a directly relevant field may be considered in lieu of secretarial experience

Experience

Required:   A minimum of 6 years of previous work experience that would include at least one year of data reporting experience.

 

Other Skills/Knowledge

Required:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point. Google Suite
  • Analytical ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to exchange factual information, schedule appointments, explain Hospital polices and relay messages to appropriate personnel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to produce signature-ready materials with minimal direction.
