About the Job
JOB SUMMARY: Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by collaborating with the patient care leaders to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing levels for all shifts. This administrative staff position will have an impact on patient care and the patient experience by striving to provide appropriate staff to meet our patient care needs. This position also impacts our fiscal stability by selecting and scheduling staff in a way that is fiscally responsible, minimizing overtime whenever possible. Staff satisfaction is also influenced by this position’s efforts to meet the staffing needs in a way that is fair and equitable to staff.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Post High School course work or degree
Required: Excellent customer service experience
