Our team provides high-quality home care and hospice services by partnering with physicians, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to provide specialized care to patients in the comfort of their own home. Our team of nurses, therapists (physical, occupational, and speech), medical social workers, and home health aides work together to devise and implement a compassionate care plan that is expressly tailored for each patient.

About the Job

The Insurance Verification Coordinator-Managed Care maintains and coordinates all aspects of insurance verification and demographic payer information. Assists with new authorizations and ongoing re-authorizations as coordinated with the Managed Care Coordinator. Cross-train other business office functions such as Managed Care coordination.

Part time - 24 hour a week, day position

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Graduate. Associates Degree preferred


  • Prior experience in managed care.
  • Home Health experience required.
  • Insurance knowledge a plus.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Proficiency with common office software programs.
