About the Job
Contributes to the Hospital’s mission by performing the dual role of Central Sterile Technician and staff supervisor. This leadership position ensures that the Central Sterile employees at a particular site are providing and meeting the sterile materials needs of surgical services in compliance with applicable regulations and to quality levels. As a member of the Hospital’s leadership team provides day-to-day supervision to guide staff toward achieving the Hospital’s success factor goals and their associated initiatives. This leadership position will impact patient safety and will also impact employee satisfaction by making Winchester Hospital an employer of choice.

Preferred: Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or other project management techniques
