LHMC Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine seeks highly motivated and committed critical care Advanced Practitioner (AP, NP or PA) for the busy Medical Critical Care service. The AP will be part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients within LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital and Winchester Hospital ICUs. Responsibilities will include, and are not limited to, daily rounds, ventilator management, common bedside procedures, ICU admissions, critical care consult service, and bed flow management. The critical care AP will also be part of the LHMC Medical Emergency Team and respond to all emergencies when called within LHMC. Independent critical thinking and management is at the forefront of the AP role. This role will include rotational day, night and weekend responsibilities across the three hospitals. 

Applicants should be highly motivated, confident and patient centric and have previous experience and a strong interest in Critical Care medicine. Organized, dedicated advanced practitioners with time management and adaptability skills are highly desirable.
