About the Job

Position Summary:  Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Strategy, and in collaboration with the Senior Director of Organizational Transformation, the Project Manager, Performance Improvement serves as a key resource to provide organization-wide support on project management best practices, Lean Six Sigma tools, and standardized processes. A core function of this position is to drive improvement tailored to business performance requirements, and to add value to annual strategic planning sessions by quantifying opportunities for improvement. The Project Manager, Performance Improvement is responsible for effectively scoping, leading, and managing, from inception through execution, high-priority projects that support the organization’s short-term business objectives. This position works collaboratively with Senior Project Managers, Performance Improvement to ensure the alignment of performance improvement activities with programmatic goals and structure

Position Requirements: Bachelors degree, Master's degree preferred in relevent field. Three to  five  years of enterprise level project management experience.  demostrated ability to work with C-level management in major change management efforts.
