About the Job
Responsible for the supervision of food service personnel in delivery of food and nutrition services. Schedules employees to meet unit needs. Completes performance appraisals and competency assessments. Responsible for employee training, hiring, disciplinary action, orientation, and termination. Completes financial reports, food and supply inventory and orders. Adheres to federal, state, and local food codes. Complies with cash handling, HACCP, food and physical safety and unit operating standards at all times. Adheres to established budget and controls expenses to meet financial goals. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Per diem, hours assigned as needed.

High school diploma. Three to five years food service experience in health care setting. Training in food
safety which meets state food code requirements strongly preferred.
