About the Job
Under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, performs a wide variety of duties relating to the preparation, distribution, and storage of pharmaceuticals for neonatal, infant, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Works with computerized and automated systems for dispensing medications. Must have ability to work independently & assume responsibility for implementation of special projects. Responsible for developing and promoting collaborative and collegial relationships with physicians, nurses, & interdepartmental personnel as they relate to the pharmaceutical care of the patients. Must be able to work at multiple sites.
Per diem, hours assigned as needed.

Completed two years in an approved College of Pharmacy in which the student is currently enrolled. Experience with computers and Windows based systems. Current MA Pharmacy Intern License required.
