About the Job

Primary responsibility for the clinical management of assigned patients. Collaborates with other clinical staff and community providers to ensure that safe and therapeutic treatment is provided for all patients. Is expected to work effectively and collaboratively with and interdisciplinary treatment team to enhance the smooth delivery of quality care. In collaboration with the Program Director, plans appropriate individual and group programs to meet the ongoing needs of the patients. Plans for appropriate coverage during schedule absences.
40 hours per week, day shift.

1. Masters degree in a mental health related field.
2. Theoretical as well as practical knowledge of addictions
3. Previous clinical experience or demonstrated clinical skills with assessment and treatment of addictions.
4. Education or experience in working with individuals with addiction is a prerequisite.
Current Massachusetts license in a mental health related field.
