About the Job

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the office supervisor

Must have excellent written and verbal pathology terminology and be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.


Education: Knowledge of office practices and procedures typically acquired by completing a secretarial/office assistant program.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: 

  • Must have the ability to use a PC and PC based software/systems effectively.
  • Word processing, medical terminology and other office skills to efficiently produce necessary documents.
  • Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills.
  • In the absence of any of these skills, demonstrates the ability to be thoroughly trained to meet organizational standards.
  • Experience: Successful completion of a secretarial program or equivalent work experience of two years for each year of study

 SHIFT: 40 hours, 1st shift
