About the Job

Responsible for assessing the health needs, implementing, and evaluating appropriate health care plans for Spectrum clients.  Promotes quality care by supporting Program goals.



  1. Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license or Licensed Practical Nurse license.
  2. Certified in CPR.
  3. One or more years working with a geriatric population in a medical/social setting.
  4. Prior experience working with individuals experiencing Alzheimer’s or another dementia.
  5. Maintain personal and professional development commensurate with the scope of responsibilities.
