About the Job

Position Summary:  

Responsible for the oversight of the food production area, taking a lead role in the daily meal preparation and assisting the Chef with planning menus and establishing recipes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required and specialized courses in culinary arts is desired.

Licensure, Certification, Registration: Safe Serve certification is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:  Excellent organizational skills. Prefer supervisory expereince.

Experience:   5 years of cooking experience. Prefer cooking experience in health care organizations, hotels, or college campuses.



Mostly day shift

Rotating weekends and holidays.Most
