About the Job
The Administrative Associate (AA) works in a supportive role to the Executive Director and other management personnel as assigned. This role assists in various administrative clerical functions and in the processing of routine and/or complex and/or confidential transactions and serves as back up to other administrative staff needs. The AA also assists in typing a variety of documents, creating communications pieces for internal/external customers, preparing reports, office logistics
and in ensuring an orderly office environment as well as participating in special projects.
