Position Summary: Responsible for the coordination of staffing and scheduling for assigned areas (Medical Surgical, ICU/CCU, Emergency Department, Floats, Nursing Administration, Medical Day Care.) Maintains current status of staffing and scheduling in KRONOS. Determines staffing needs based on acuity information and budget. Assigns float personnel, calls in and cancels staff on the basis of defined needs. Maintains personnel data in KRONOS.
