About the Job
The Division of Psychiatry at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is recruiting full or part-time psychiatrists to join our practice. Available positions provide opportunities for consultation-liaison psychiatry, primary-care behavioral health integration and outpatient psychiatry services.
The Division is a robust multi-disciplinary team of professionals supporting the network of providers within Beth Israel Lahey Health. The Division provides inpatient consultation-liaison psychiatry services at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, our 300+ bed, Level I Trauma Center. Hospital-based outpatient services provide general psychiatry ambulatory services to our network of primary care practices. The Division has long-standing clinical collaborations with primary care, neurology, cardiology, pulmonology, neurosurgery, medical and surgical weight loss, infectious disease, and transplant.
We also partner with Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services, one of the largest healthcare providers for behavioral health services in the State of Massachusetts. The experienced MD/DO candidate should be eligible for an unrestricted Massachusetts State Medical License, and be Board Eligible/Certified in Psychiatry. Academic appointments are with Tufts University School of Medicine. The Division is currently a training site for students from across multiple professions including physicians, nurses and social workers.
