About the Job

GENERAL SUMMARY:  Works with the Clinical Associate Chief Nursing Officers and patient financial services to support the development and implementation of the annual budgets for inpatient, surgical services, emergency services and maternal child health nursing areas.  Develops and implements reports to monitor performance against budget. Supports nursing leaders in developing capital requests, operating and  staffing requests. Support nursing leaders in completing special projects that effect nursing resources such as nurse staffing recruitment and retention efforts, Magnet and the DAISY .

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

 

  1. Bachelors degree in Health Care or Business Administration or some related field required, Masters degree in healthcare or finance preferred.
  2. At least five  years of progressively more responsible work experience in the health care field.
  3. Proficient in the use of software programs such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Able to manage data bases

Shift

24 hours - three 8 hour days M-F
