About the Job
GENERAL SUMMARY: Works with the Clinical Associate Chief Nursing Officers and patient financial services to support the development and implementation of the annual budgets for inpatient, surgical services, emergency services and maternal child health nursing areas. Develops and implements reports to monitor performance against budget. Supports nursing leaders in developing capital requests, operating and staffing requests. Support nursing leaders in completing special projects that effect nursing resources such as nurse staffing recruitment and retention efforts, Magnet and the DAISY .
