About the Job
The speech therapist plans, organizes, collaborates and directs home care services. They are experienced in speech therapy, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional therapist builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities in accordance with home care regulations and payer guidelines.
Graduate of an accredited program in Speech/Language Pathology.
Licensure, Certification & Registration:
Speech Language Pathologist with current licensure to speech therapy in the state of Massachusetts.
Maintains an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification
Minimum of 2 years speech therapy clinical experience, at least one of which is in the area of public health or home care is preferred.
OASIS experience is preferred.
