Position Summary:

As a Multi Trade Tech III, you will be responsible for the safe & efficient operation of the power plant & automated BAS controls. Reports directly to Power Plant Chief Engineer and professionally responds to all incoming calls for all campus needs & requirements. Supports & assists power plant contractors for installation & operational needs. Also updates plant logs; organizes plant files, O&M's & plans. Responds to a variety of hospital needs, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire systems and other situations that require immediate corrective action. Performs preventative & corrective maintenance on the hospital's HVAC systems including assisting other various departments. Strong operating knowledge of the following: Johnson & Siemens' BAS control systems; High voltage, generator & transfer equipment; Carrier centrifugal chillers 700 ton; basic chemical water treatment; Fire pump & generator testing; Marley cooling towers. Strong computer & organizational skills 

Scheduled Hours

Per diem, hours assigned as needed.

Qualifications

 

Massachusetts State 2nd class fireman license required.
