About the Job
Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Assistant Nurse Manager, and Mohs surgeons using established policies and procedures, performs a variety of tasks associated with the preparation of surgical, and biopsy, specimens for study. Maintains QC and other records in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional training required for attainment of registration.
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Maintains HT ASCP registration (Hist).
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Experience: Minimum two years full time experience in a Mohs Surgery Lab, certification or relevant Mohs HT experience preferred
