About the Job

*Sign on bonus up to $3000 (prorated for part time)*

Emergency Services is a 24 hour mobile crisis team that offers emergency psychiatric assessments to determine what service could benefit the person served, as well as intervention and stabilization services.

We are seeking a licensed Mobile Crisis Manager to lead a team of Clinicians and oversee the over-all administration of the Mobile Crisis Program.

 The ideal candidate is dynamic, compassionate and a team player who is motivated to help youth and families meet their goals and improve their lives.

The Mobile Crisis Manager's responsibilities are:

  • Acts as first line consultant to clinicians for dispositions, especially for complex cases.
  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and/or interns. Continuously assesses learning needs of supervisees; develops and implements learning objectives and supervision plan; completes performance reviews as required.
  • Works collaboratively with youth &families, hospitals, courts, and insurance companies.
  • Ensures smooth access to MassHealth behavioral health services in the area by maintaining regular communication and interagency relationships.
  • In collaboration with the Program Director, conducts ongoing review of the clinical program design, suggests and implements recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in related field is required
  • Licensed at the Independent level required, LICSW, LMHC or Licensed Psychologist in the Commonwealth of MA
  • 2 years of supervisory experience highly preferred

 

Scheduled Hours

40 hours, full time.
